Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location right next to the Locks is a major highlight, but room cleanliness and maintenance could use improvement. The service was exceptional, especially with Charlotte at check-in, while some parts of the location need refurbishment. Dining overlooking the Soo Locks park was a delightful experience, even though minor updates may be needed.
I couldn't have asked for a better location, being right next to the Soo Locks and shops. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. However, the room needed attention as it was clean but lacked a safe option. The experience with dining was quite subpar with poorly prepared food. Despite some issues, the hotel offered great value for money.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the location was fantastic, right next to the Locks and shops, and the rooms were clean. However, the limited amenities like Styrofoam cups and a dated feel were a downside.
